He asked me about the length, to which I responded that he went too long, and in response he in essence cut off the entire rest of the nail. I attempted to tell him they were too short, to which he began shouting at me that it had been what I asked for. We continued and I asked for an almond shape, as he was doing a round one. He then began screaming at me that I was wrong. When I followed up on my request he began shouting, screaming and furtherly grabbed my telephone from my hand to show me my photo, disregarding what I was very meekly attempting to communicate with him. His wife joined him, and knowing that I did not speak anything but English, started insulting me. After 10 minutes I received a half-hearted apology and a $5 discount, however I ended up just walking out with only the uneven acrylic on my nails. Not only was the quality of the service despicable, but I felt genuinely threatened in the presence of this salon.

Most recently, I got a french shellac manicure and it's been a week so far - with no incidents - I don't know about you, but in the past, my french manis haven't lasted 3 days, and i usually end up chipping my shellac in a week given how rough i am on my hands. I fully recommend going to Beauty Nail Salon fr you manicure needs!! They are more short than I asked for so much so that you can barely tell they are acrylics. I also asked for the coffin shape and it doesn't look like they are. Some are very pointy and some are very rounded. Also on the board of prices it says that a full set of acrylics is $35 plus HST but somehow when we got to to pay it turned out to $55. So although my nail tech was friendly and talkative and they made us an appointment very last minute, I will not go here again.
