Dr.Saber is literally a life Saver!! On Friday I threw out my back. After crying about it all night into the next day my husband contacted the office. Dr. Saber did not want to me to wait in pain and met me at the office on a Saturday at 7 pm, I could barely move! I was referred by Tracy because I needed an appointment right away. Ariel was kind enough to have me go in the same day in the morning. I was greeted by Ariel did my new patient paperwork and the Dr. Saber called me to the back. I explained to Dr. Saber what happened asI had been experiencing lower back pain for over a week and a half and the rest of my body was beginning to compensate. Dr. Saber provided me with a lot of education on the techniques he was going to use and why while also being extremely gentle. At the end of the appointment Dr. Saber provided me with sheet of stretches to practice at home and had also given me tips on other techniques to try, did not rush to give me a plan, rather he gave me an informative sheet to make my own decision if I wanted to come back. Best chiropractic experience I've ever had. I never thought I would say this about another chiropractor after going to the Henderson clinic in Northern California. But Dr. Saber is so personable and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed from the very first visit. The biggest way he is unique is focusing on the whole person, not just the area needing attention or adjustment. The visit is customized to include various physical therapy techniques and you will leave with stretches or exercises that will help you in between visits. I have a frozen shoulder and Dr. Saber has been treating it. He uses a variety of tools and treatments and I trust that he's going to help it get better. After one treatment, my arm and shoulder stopped feeling an intense pain that was worth me for a while. I like that his office is open and welcoming with his wife working alongside him. Finding Dr. Saber was a dream come true. He and staff are amazingly knowledgeable, professional and interactive in the care they give and insurance issues. I arrived in Fresno with an injured shoulder and hip from a fall the week prior. I was seen within hours of phone call and to my amazement, left the office feeling so much better than I could've imagined. I couldn't wait to revisit 2 days later for a follow-up(at my request). My husband, Sam, hurt his back (sciatic nerve) and Dr. Saber was able to see him in just a couple of hours. Sam could barely move, but after one visit to Dr. Saber, he was feeling much better and could actually walk normally. After a second visit a week later, he is now back back to normal. Sam loved Dr. Saber and was going on about how great the doctor was. Dr. Saber applied heat & a TENS unit, cupped Sam's back, massaged him, stretched him, and then did an adjustment. To be honest, I've always been a little nervous (okay, maybe a lot!) to go to a chiropractor. Somewhere inside me, I felt that my body was too tense to benefit from an adjustment, or perhaps instead of exhaling when I was supposed to, I'd sip in air and hold....lending itself to even more internal tension and potential injury....But after one visit at Saber Chiropractic, those limiting thoughts melted away. Within minutes of being in his office and on his table, my breath lengthened, my muscles relaxed. He told me that "when you start to drool, you'll know it's working." I'll admit- I did! :) I really enjoyed the multiple healing modalities he employed, and how attentive he was with each. He worked magic on my right knee that has undergone three surgeries, and helped banish a nagging migraine so that I could enjoy sunshine and life again! Dr. Saber knows all the latest and greatest techniques. I had to go to Urgent Care and found I had an inflamed sciatic nerve. So much pain, couldnt walk, sit, lay down almost fell. Hobbled out of Urgent Care in Pismo beach and went next door to Dr. Saber. He bent, twisted, massaged, pulled me and even a few manipulations. I walked out with all most 90% pain free. Next day hardly any pain, I am going back to ensure this wont happen again. He was knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and a welcome hands on doctor (rare these days).
