I can't say enough about Dr Quinn and his staff, I recently had a very painful sciatic nerve issue making very difficult to work,stand,sit or sleep. I had been going to Dr Quinn prior to COVID after a broken hip and replacement. Dr. Quinn saved the day for my husband! I called at the last minute because my husbands lower back locked up, he was in so much pain and we were desperate for help. The woman at the front desk was able to fit us in on the same day, Dr Quinn came in early from his lunch just to see my husband! So I came to this office 2 years ago for some issues with my right shoulder. Haven't been to a chiropractor since. I go in the other day because my left arm/neck is bothering me enough to finally seek help. So for some reason, I guess because it's all she sees on the computer screen, the receptionist assumes that my right arm is the issue. I tell her no my left side is bothering me. She say's, hmmm it say's here it's your right arm. So I ask her to tell me the date of my last visit. She tells me 2016. Okay so my left arm is now the issue that's why I'm here. A few questions later she asks me again if it's my right arm. I looked at my girlfriend and asked her if she heard me tell her left. Wich of course she did. I swear I had to remind her that it was my left side at least 2 more times. So I come in the next day for my visit the same receptionist takes me to the room sits at the computer and asks me again if my right arm is the problem. I wanted to laugh. It's gets better, I remind her again it's the left side. So she goes to let the Dr know I'm ready. I can hear her talking saying that my left hand is numb etc.... The doctor comes in sits at the computer and say's so you're right arm is bothering you? I tell him no it's the left he say's hmm say's here it's your right. Now I'm like wow I need to get out of here. Anyways he doesn't say much proceeds to try and adjust me gets to my neck one side cracks a little the other side not at all. Still hasn't said anything but on your side or on your back. So he says wow you're tight. Asks me to sit up puts the electric thing on me say's this will relieve some tension let's me know that I can lay down or sit up. Then leaves. In my head he's coming back to maybe try and re-adjust me after some tension relieves and perhaps let me know what he thinks. But ten minutes later the receptionist comes in takes me to another room Lay's me on a bed with ice for 10 more minutes(and yes she asked me which shoulder to put the ice on) then reschedules me for 2 days later. I have great insurance 20 visits a year 100% covered I will be using the rest elsewhere ty for reminding me why I haven't been here for 2 year's. My past chiropractic experiences were with Dr. Wells in SLO this guy is amazing! Really took the time to examine me and made me feel like I was his only concern. Pure professional and all his staff are awesome. They make you feel like instant family. So of course I have high expectations when walking into any Dr's office. Dr Wells is further away but after this experience definitely worth the drive. read more

I go in and get all done up but then I'm at the front counter and they start passing out free samples of stuff and then they give me a back brace. Now I understand it may have cost you guys something but be a little bit more forthcoming about it rather than try and snake a client for money. I was never forwarded the opportunity to say no assuming if I knew at the time it would have cost me anything. And even though it was only 32.00 dollars. It's the principle. If I would have known it was just that much, don't you think that if I wanted it I would just paid for it then? No, you had to let it drag out and wanted to send it to collections...for 32.00 dollars.....how petty are you?!! But that's not the only gripe.....whoever Mara is......is absolutely rude and of course she hung up on me, which I totally expected. Be that as it is.....based on their shady business practice and rude employee I would never ever ever recommend this place. The doctor himself did his job accordingly and the woman who answered after Mara was nice but....still wouldn't warrant me ever wanting to come there again or ever recommending anyone I know to go there either. read more
