I waited til 8pm and never heard from them. The next morning I called the office to inquire and I was told they had stopped by my house the night before but the roof was too steep for them to access. I called beartooth pest control and they were able to easily access the wasp nest from inside the house without any ladders or equipment. They were in and out, job done in 10 minutes. I am leaving a negative review because they never bothered to call me, or actually look at the nest. Armstrong disrespected my time by hanging me on all day and essentially no showing me.
