The first person I asked if they do VA loans didn't really know what I was talking about. Then I talked to a second person and I asked if VA loans were a big part of what they do and they didn't really act like they were very interested in my business. Then they said it takes 25 minutes to deposit five dollars to become a member. That's fine and everything seemed like a long time to deposit five dollars? I don't think they really want your business?

I did everything over the phone, and as soon as I got off the phone with them I was able to download the app and use my insurance ID cards as well as look at my policy. Really pleased with the convenience of this. I had also received quotes from State Farm and progressive, and I was definitely getting more bang for my buck at Geico. Geico was more consistent in following up with my phone calls and emails. Very pleased so far.
