This company is such a disappointment, after looking at their website you would think they are professional. I regret applying for an open position with this company and I am withdrawing my application because I will never want to share my extensive experience with them since they never acknowledged the receipt of my app at the least. Especially after seeing all these horrible reviews, I can tell that they really are incompetent. this is aweful.. the outside looks great but the inside not so much. I am sitting here with a scarf over my nose because of the headaches frome mold . management is very unprofessional and rude I have been discriminated against and harassed for the past few weeks by the office manager I was fine $300 for a couch that they assumed was mines after I told them multiple times that it wasn't didn't have hot water in my unit for 2 weeks , waited 8 months for a transfer when they finally approve me to transfer they had lost all my paperwork so I had to re summit everything most of the photos online are photo shopped pool and laundry center is never open bad pest problem !!! if I could give this place 0 stars I would !!! read more

DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Run far away!!Property manager do NOT respond. Want to know why there is no pics inside? HMMM because it's AWFUl. If you like to hear screaming kids packed into a house because too many people packed in are trying to pay cheap rent (Bario).... in paper thin walls..."wood floors" are not even vinyl....its peel and stick plastic.and looks like a 2 year old did touch up paint. read more

This was the absolute worst work experience of my entire life!! The management team is horrible. There is no sort of professionalism on either end of this place. Managers did not know what they were doing. Completely rude with residents and did not care about there living situations until they went to the corporate office. They're we're many occasions where the people in office were racist and would not want to rent to colored people! Neither the Area manager nor the managers know how to address issues very offense , rude, unprofessional approach to everything. It would be embarrassing renting to people and having to wait for corporate to fix whatever issues they had on there end and make the applicants wait up to 2 weeks for an application response and at the end most of them would get denied!!! They would only pay commissions when they felt like it. So would not even count that as part of the pay. STAY AS FAR AWAY from this company as you can for your own mental sanity. read more

I have lived at Legacy Commons (a Sabra property) on a 18 month contract and renewed to a 12 month contract. Within the first year, there has been 4 floods. Occupants in the building flush paper and cause the bottom units in the apartment to flood. There were human waste and urine everywhere in my home! Management did not respond to the emergency urgently and the maintenance staff were blowing and picking up trash around the neighborhood instead. The next day, it would happen again; and they would point fingers and blame me for it. The following week, another two floods occurred. Management refused to give me carpet wash as there was strong human waste and urine odor from the flood. They claimed it smelled fine. There is an on site laundry but it is always locked. The swimming pool is also always closed. They only exist for showing future residents. There is no pest control even if you request it. If you put in a work order, maintenance never comes. When they do only after you bugged them about it, they'll take shortcuts to fix it just to get it done (basically something you could have done yourself). There is never parking, the families of each unit (overcrowded units) have about 5 cars; and so you have to park your car far from your unit. You hear gunshots all the time. Your garden patio/garden is open and not blocked, so there is no privacy sitting outside or security for your belongings. There are no nets on the windows, so anything or anyone can come in if you have it open. The wood flooring are fake material (wallpaper-like), so it is never clean. If paper is dirty, you can not clean it can you? Extremely noisy neighbors. Management does nothing about it if you complain. There is a party every week and there is bright lights and loud music really late. When I renewed, management told me I would get a carpet wash and paint which I never did. Management ignores you and makes you look like a beggar and fool when you ask them for anything and lie to you like you're a child. They are all rude and have a bad attitude.
