I immediately panicked as the rep stood there in a nonchallant manner stating that they were probably just fleas. As if being covered in fleas is fine! My boyfriend didn't panic as I did and now his legs has so many red, itchy bites that he can't sleep. Aren't reps supposed to make sure the property is presentable before allowing viewing? Unless this company thinks that humans covered with fleas, or whatever they were, is fine, they couldn't have checked out the property beforehand. No wonder they are not BBB accredited. They deserve no stars at all!

To say this company is unprofessional is an understatement. Their agents will accept your offers…read moreverbally and via communication with your buyers agent and then go behind your back and accept other offers all while refusing to communicate in a professional manor (ie- ignoring text, calls, emails and choosing to communicate via Facebook messenger). Laurie V accepted our offer on HER home (she pended the home on MLS to our buyers agent, making it known that she accepted the offer) that she was agent owner listing on Sunday 2/14 and then asked for POF for the cash difference on the home. We provided her with such. She continued to hassle us for further proof of cash to pay for the home. Our loan officers attempted to make contact with her numerous times via phone calls, our buyers agent sent over pre approval letters stating we were more than cleared the buy the home and she refused to accept it. We sent her proof of income through bank accounts and more. She didn't think we could afford the home (which we provided her information to prove that we could) and she accepted a 2nd offer on the home without even giving us as much as a courtesy call letting us know she had done so. She drug the entire process out for over 4 days all while having us think we were clear. She nor the broker from this company had the decency to call us to inform us that there was another offer accepted. This is not the first time we have dealt with this company but it will be the last. Please, if you are in the market for a home or in the market to sell, do not use Classic Realty Services or ANY of their agents.
