They admitted that they know there is an issue with their faxes not going through yet there is zero solution to fix the problem. Fax is the only way that it is affected too. I took off work to go to a scheduled appointment that was made 3 weeks prior, for it to be canceled by the facility one day prior. Called to reschedule and got a very cold and rude person from their call center who tells me to use my chart to schedule and not call them. Howard Brown was once a caring and helpful facility to many. I'll be exploring other clinics as this one was gone very far down hill.

With this provider I was immediately shown compassion and the fact Dr Hill was so easy to reach out to was amazing! I got to say the other reviews might not tell the actual events that contributed to their displeasure. I know Dr Hill is willing to help you in anyway and she shows you that in the way she interacts with patients. She took me on as a new patient and totally listened and was open and upfront about how she likes to do things. This might be the best provider I have been a patient of. Dont hesitate to reach out to her, and please know those other reviews are in no way a true account of this provider.

During that time, we have repeatedly been informed -- sometimes mid-year -- that our insurance was no longer accepted. Each time, we were told efforts were being made to resolve the issue, including the submission of single case agreements. However, we have waited months at a time for approvals, only to have services delayed or withdrawn again. We have also noticed that billing has appeared under different company names, and our assigned office representative has changed frequently. This has led to ongoing communication breakdowns and conflicting information. On more than one occasion, we were told something had been submitted to insurance, only to later find out there were additional issues or delays. For families seeking ABA services, consistency and transparency are critical. The repeated start-and-stop of care has been incredibly stressful and has delayed needed services for our child. I encourage any parent considering this provider to ask detailed questions about insurance contracts, billing entities, and how single case agreements are handled. Clear communication and documentation are essential. We hope to see improvements in transparency and stability for the families they serve.
