My insurer had a bid from NEIM and would send someone out within 25 to 55 minutes. I scoffed. Sure enough. Motley called to confirm what services I needed? A jump and an unlock. Shortly after Colby rang my doorbell @ 1:32!! I excitedly greeted him! When I handed him the key fob he said "oh you have the key." I replied, no that's a jeep fob it's a dodge, that key doesn't work. I wasn't concerned when I bought the truck this summer because I've never needed the key. Now? I do and I don't have one. The only thing that bothers me is now EVERYONE seems to know how trustworthy Ryan's Auto is, so it can be a week's wait to get in, and sometimes I can only half the work done, then need to come back again.
