Even though I was only gone 3 hrs and 15 min. Their trucks can only go 75 and a 350 mile trip would have taken 4 hrs and 40 min. I tried to argue with them that that was insane yet they told me tough, and that they don't make mistakes. They have now charged $429 to my account which also seems to include the security deposit too, which I was supposed to get back. I have never dealt with a more dishonest company. All climate storage is a terrible company as well

The drive is all gravel, otherwise the buildings are raised and have an inner raised edge as well. This helps to avoid flooding or snow melt entering the unit. The units are clean and new. The rates are quite reasonable and they will buy your lock back when you are finished with them. Last note is that they are easy to find and access right off of Superior/12 across from Goodwill. Overall, friendly, business like, a good choice.

I worked for them but was terminated for driving down the Chicago skyway. I filed for unemployment, they tried to deny it, and failed. They appealed it, changing their story and failed again. They appealed a second time, forged my signature on a made up document, and also created and submitted an "employee handbook", all so I wouldn't receive unemployment benefits. This is a company that has 38 trucks, 42 trailers, and 40 employees at the time I was hired. The $5000 I received in unemployment benefits, that does not come out of their pocket is nothing to a company that has over a million dollars in equipment. It is however a lot of money to a single dad trying to raise a 16 month old daughter. This is also a company that has bible verses on the hood of all their trucks. I appealed their win and contacted the sheriff's office to file criminal charges for forgery and was told I have to wait to see if I win my appeal so there is a monetary loss. I lost my appeal, and am required to repay the $5000 so my next step is to contact the sheriff's office to file criminal charges for felony forgery. As a father, I feel if I don't stand up and hold them accountable for their actions, they will continue to walk all over us little people to the point where my daughter won't have a fighting chance in this world when she gets older. It takes a certain breed to have a multi-million dollar business, plaster bible versus on all their trucks, then lie, forge, and falsify documents to prevent average Joe from supporting his daughter. I'll be posting this review on every platform I can think of.
