I have never had to secure a lawyer before, and the truth is there seem to be lots of 'opportunist' slip & fall type lawyers out there, so I wasn't really sure who to contact. Someone else referred me to another law firm, but where I later figured out that they don't seem to specialize in slip & fall. This other law firm did not take much action on my case (or keep me updated on what was going on), and now, a full two months after my accident, it seems they have yet to contact the building where my accident occurred. Seeing as this other law firm apparently was not going to do much regarding my case, I decided to contact another law firm (R&L) to get their thoughts. I ended up speaking with Andrew Levine, and, based upon my very brief conversation with him, he seemed very forthright, professional and like he really knows his stuff, as to how slip & fall cases should be handled. At this point in time, it seems unrealistic that I could get any type of settlement (due to so much time having already passed); I only wish I had contacted Raphaelson & Levine, initially, as I may have had a better outcome.

Instead, we were met with a vile attitude near 5 PM closing.
