From what I saw, the inventory did not indicate or suggest there would be a high price. My buddy is a huge thrifter, so when he says "pricey," then that is the case. I was not at the front to see what was going on. 5 minutes on top of waiting to cash out, it is a long time. It is a thrift store, so you can't expect HEB level speed.

There is enough parking for a dozen or so cars out front. They have a large children's clothes section and even have wedding dresses for sale. They do have a decent amount of furnishings, dishware, shoes, music, purses, etc. In the back of the store they have a large warehouse area filled with glassware, some electronics and women's clothing. It once…read morehoused a Dollar General, and before that I think it was a grocery store, but nevertheless, it is now home to one of the best thrift stores in the Houston area from my perspective. I've been buying from these people for years, and now since I live outside of the area, I have to plan to visit on return trips. Simply put, the selection of items they have from housewares to clothing to furniture is one of the better assortments I've seen anywhere. It's not too much since the floor space isn't all that expansive, but it certainly is one of the better selections around town. Another competing resale shop in the area is cluttered and filled with the overhanging odor of at least a decade of cigarrette smoke. Luckily that's not the case here.
