What was delivered was a small unimpressive (poor quality) bouquet that looked nothing like what I ordered. The flower selection was cheap, and the overall quality was far below what I expected for the price. On top of this, within 24 hours the cheap flowers were wilting. Having then inquired about other chairs in stock (since, as mentioned, they boast a plethora of chairs available), I was told: "We are actually super busy that weekend and just don't have any chairs available".
