Have never used it and don't believe I did, but shame on me for not noticing on my credit card. Then they raised the rate to $38.99 per month. No notice. Their customer service supervisor validated that they don't give any warning and that I should have remembered. I didn't sign up for it in the first place. I have not used the digital subscription. When I signed in, it says I don't have a subscription. Wall Street Journal must be desperate for business to use social media scams to get subscriptions. The fact that they refused to reimburse me for the $38.99 demonstrates their lack of ethics and morals.

I bought a Christmas gift subscription for my husband who loves to read a newspaper. The…read moresubscription never arrived, not a single paper. We called four times to their customer service number and were promised a paper delivery the following day. The Wall Street Journal call center is in Manila. That should give you a hint as to how much they care about customer service. Many emails resulted in canned responses and no result. I find it truly amazing that living just a few miles from California's capitol we cannot get a wall street journal paper delivered. BUY THE WSJ AS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE YOU WANT TO DISAPPOINT. They will get a gift card but never will they get a paper. Then you can just cancel the credit card charge as I did.
