Unfortunately, we determined the cooktop we wanted would not fit our countertop, and we had to go with a different brand and model, that Filco didn't (can't) sell. So, I purchased only the vent hood. He kept me informed of the shipping status (it was out of stock nationwide), and when it came a few weeks later, he let me know right away. I chose to pick it up myself, and it was quick and easy (he was busy with a customer, and asked another staff to help loading it in my car for me).
