After my information was collected, I chose my jewelry and away we went to the back room. The gentleman that pierced my ears first marked them and had me look to make sure I like where the holes would be. I was hesitant and ultimately said I trusted him. Instead of just moving forward with piercing, he asked me what my hesitation was. I appreciated that he took the time to listen to my concerns. He talked to me through the whole process and was very thorough when explaining aftercare- as well as provided me with a pamphlet explaining everything too! The whole experience was pleasant and everyone was extremely professional.
