I decided to do both since if we cut only one, the other would be the tallest tree in the area and would catch all of the wind. These were big enough that they could have also hit my house, or my neighbors. These guys went out of their way to come all the way to Lewiston - just prior to a predicted storm because he "didn't want me to have to worry about them with us expecting a lot of heavy snow and wind." They were outside cutting trees in sleet and snow! Just having the tops gone gave me so much piece of mind throughout the storm. They came back another day to not only cut / chip the branches but even took the time to rake up remnants. We tried countless times to get them out here. Phone, text, emails, even speaking with him on a few occasions where he said he'd "send someone right out". Everything went unanswered, so after almost an entire year of trying, we had no choice but to give business to another reputable company that had the job quoted and completed in a week. While we understand time, labor, weather constraints, the lack of communication and follow through with Commercial Paving left us feeling as though the job didn't have a high enough price tag, so we were pushed aside.
