But if you like to ride on long trips sitting next to loud cursing, threats, and physical altercations this is the bus for you. Not to mention of the whole front end of the bus heard the loud couple arguing and mentioning how one of them was a pedophile. Children on the bus, yes. Oh and I almost forgot one of them was drunk. The gentleman kept getting up, fell several times, once on me, once halfway down the stairs. If you are unfortunate to read this post., I suggest you sit on the bottom level where the driver is closer to the front. I tried to get my money back and called several times but was unsuccessful. The driver was a dick! Just very rude and sarcastic. He would not let me on because he "couldn't open the door because he was in driver mode". Now stop right there if youre thinking ...well dont be late next time. I was there at the lynx bus stop at 3pm. What time was the bus supposed to leave? 330pm. Oh! It keeps getting better! At this point I am livid! I call megabus. The customer service agent neither treated me like a customer nor gave me any kind service. So I escalate it to the supervisor. She was neither super nor advised me to do anything. Oh wait! She did "pitty" me and say I'm sorry sir, but we cant give you your money back as policy states that once the bus is in motion the buses cant be stopped and doors cant be open. Her last words of oh so helpful wisdom? And I quote " I am now required to end this conversation and disconnect this call." Click! Conclusion: if you're going to find a cheap bus, you have been warned! Do NOT go with Mega Bus! Or do...if you want your money STOLEN from you.

The van was comfortable and Ozi kept us entertained during the ride to and from the hotel. He is a great guy and the kids loved him. Some of this review is 100% true, what definitely happened, some other parts I am just speculating…read more I hope I'm wrong on the parts I'm speculating with, but in case I'm not, I think leaving this review may be helpful to others. We booked a Party Bus for 30+ kids a month out from Prom. The price was good and everything seemed fine. The night before the prom, we were called and told the bus had been in a bad accident (hit by a drunk driver was the claim), and may not be available, but we were quickly told we could get our money back. (That seemed an odd thing to emphasize, of course we could get our money back on payment for a service that wasn't given.) Also, we were told they had good contacts with other companies in the area and could help us find a replacement if necessary. To shorten up a long and frustrating day, it was very tough to talk with someone and to get a final word on the condition of their bus, and they did nothing to help us find another company. We did manage to put together something for the kids, but not with any help from the Party Bus. A number of the other companies we called told us the likely true story was that they had found someone else they could rent the bus to for a higher price than we paid, so they canceled on us. This is my biggest speculation in this review, and I hope it's not true, but it would line up with our experience. I asked the Party Bus for a number of the police report from the accident, and they told me they weren't sure if a police report had been filed. We did eventually get our money back, but it took two weeks and us filing a dispute with our credit card company. During this time, the Party Bus told us our charge had been credited, but our credit card company told me they didn't have anything on their end and I should dispute the charges. I don't know what really happened here, but after our experience I wasn't inclined to believe much of what they said. We have had excellent experiences with other transportation companies in town, but this experience was horrible!

On our last trip (arrive at MCO on 2/26/2026) our Delta flight was delayed 5x. The 4.45 pm scheduled arrival ended up being 2.30 in the morning. They tracked the delay the entire time, emailed me that they were tracking, and everything was flawless. We met the driver at the luggage carousel at 2.45 am, and he was pleasant and helpful. Access Line is the only transportation company in Orlando that I would recommend!
