I spoke to a live person who was super friendly and helpful. When we arrived in Orlando the chauffeur was waiting in baggage claim with a sign with my name on it. He was attentive, and professional. My daughter accidentally left some non-critical items in his vehicle. I reached out to him and he was responsive and patient. Orlando Executive Transportation ensured that we got the items back on our return trip to the airport. If I hadn't found the wonderful people at Imperial Transportation, my mom would have had to sleep in the airport until the next shuttle in the morning. When I called Imperial to see if they might be able to help us, I spoke to Kamel. He was amazing and reassuring. I told him that my mom would not be able to manage her baggage by herself. He assured me that the driver would meet her at baggage claim to help her. I told him that her plane had already been delayed twice, and I asked, "If it got delayed again, would she be at risk for being stranded at the airport?" He said, "Absolutely not! Once a driver is booked and assigned, we track the flight and meet the client, whenever they land, guaranteed." Well, everything went as planned. My mom was greeted with a sign at baggage claim (she thought this was very fancy!), and she told me that the driver was simply wonderful; so kind and attentive, and that the car was very big, clean and impressive.
