We went in at 3:20 pm and got helped and was told that it would be about 45 minutes and as time passed 2 other people came in a head of us and they proceeded to help them before us and spent and hour and 1/2 with them leaving us in the lobby for 2 whole hours. During those 2 hours we were ignored and left with nothing so they lost our business and we left. The two men there ignored us and put other people ahead of us when we had clearly been waiting for longer. Probably won't be getting my business or anyone I knows business again because that was unprofessional and flakey.
