I must mention how uniquely and tastefully the shop is decorated. I mean, wow! I absolutely love it! With all of this, I decided to make an appointment to get my hair done and to get a pedicure. Stacia cut and styled my hair. It is the best haircut I've had since I moved to Bristol almost 3 years ago. Thank goodness that I finally found a great stylist. Shannon performed my pedicure and she did a great job. Plus she has a great personality (both Shannon and Stacia have great personalities), which allowed for good conversations during the pedicure. Shannon does make up, as well. I want to go on a little more about the way the shop is decorated. According to Stacia, Shannon has the gift to decorate and transformed the blank space into the eye pleasing creation into the beautiful space it is now. It has wide black and white stripes painted on the walls, extremely high backed thrones as seats for the pedicure booths on and elevated platform, and it has a few booths available for stylists and manicurists to rent. It was in fact cluster lashes, and it stripped my natural lashes after a week. (Yes I signed papers for it so I take ownership that it was my fault. I should've conducted more research.) Then I attempted to book an appointment with Charlemont in Kingsport but never actually got to be seen as they rescheduled my appointment for another client without notifying me. They were apologetic and asked for me to come back a different day. I kindly declined. Finally I found Lindsi Lashes. Both Jessica and Lindsi have worked on my lashes for OVER A YEAR now. I had my very first appointment with Kim last week and it was wonderful! Kim was patient, kind, professional, and she explained the procedure and areas which may be more sensitive. She even let me watch a movie on my phone to keep myself occupied during the procedure. I had my original consultation with Kim as well, she was very sweet and quelled all my concerns about tolerating the laser. She did a test pulse on my leg, which was not as bad as I had imagined. After that, I was able to relax when it came time for the actual treatment. The staff here is wonderful and very friendly. The cost for the laser hair removal treatments were reasonably priced and I was even able to get more areas done than originally planned.
