I love the spa! I've had massages and mani/pedis and facials and loved them all! Rebecca does my facials and I can see such a difference! Friends and family comment on how great my complexion looks and feels. Of course I proudly tell them that 'I see Rebecca!'. I've given her facials as gifts to others and they all say the same thing - 'That was so relaxing and I feel so good' and I tell them that 'You look good too!'. Also a huge fan of Jennifer who does my deep tissue massage. I've been seeing her for almost 6 years and it's been such a life saver. No more soreness, so much less stress, so awesome! Had my second massage here it was as good as the first which was exceptional! I signed up for their :"maintenance program" which means I get to look forward to a massage about once a month. Natali is a gifted therapist, she was able to find the trouble spots in my muscles without me even telling her. She is very intuitive and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Came in on a Thursday afternoon. The place was a bit in shambles: a staff member was unpacking boxes in the lounge area and once she saw me standing around waiting she cleared off a space for me to sit. This was a bit unnerving given that I was looking to leave the clutter of my own life for some peaceful relaxation. Given that, the staff is extremely friendly and was courteous every time I interacted with them. The BEST part of this experience was my masseuse, SHASTA. She is good at her job, and I had the best 90 minute massage I've ever had. She killed it and I left a very happy customer:) Aside from the need to sharpen up their bedside manner, I'll be back for sure! read more

Never ever get a mani/pedi here. My nails were in worse condition leaving then coming. I do not mind paying for quality service, but this was in no way quality, from the chairs which aggravated a knee condition (no leg supports) to pedicurist that left ragged toes nails and pieces of skin missing.... and blotched colour. The cuticles were not addressed, no foot scrub or nail scrub....no massage (hands, legs, arms shoulders)... I will be contacting the owner for a redo. Maybe a super off day....let you know the outcome... So sorry to write this review, but it needs to be done. I won't mention names. read more

Its a great place. The crew is very polite and friendly. Hubby got a swedish massage and i got a pre natal massage. Our therapists Jade and Jennifer were so accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. we were staying at the resort so the spa was very convenient. Definitely recommend it. read more

I wouldn't get my hair cut anywhere else. Quality of work is high, and the entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. The peaceful vibe is perfect-- Shelby has cut my hair for many years and I am so happy that she works at sacred mountain spa with such great people. She's one of the best, and is very detail oriented and listens to exactly how you want your hair cut. I recommend this place, best in the county. read more

This is a couple years late, but Jenna is still working at Sacred Mountain, so I want to sing her praises. I'd been hiking the mountain all day and found I was getting some altitude sickness. This was a first for me, and all I wanted was to find a place to get some work done on my aching feet and to be in a calm, soothing space. I walked in about 45 minutes before closing time and Jenna was very welcoming and said "of course" she could see me. She used some reflexology techniques on my feet, and when I asked if she could do anything for the headache I'd developed, she was happy to spend a little more time with me and help relieve it. I drive 120 miles round trip every month to get a massage and facial. They are so warm and friendly. The ambience and relaxing atmosphere just takes your worries away. The girls are quite knowledgeable with their services and offer a variety of product lines. Love!! Love!! Love!! Use their products at home and am over the moon with the results! Came in for Valentine's Day promo for a couple's massage. Although there was no waiting room, the staff was friendly and allowed us to sip on our tea and settle in near the front desk. We had 1 hr Swedish massage with Jenna and Shasta, and both were great. Jenna was my therapists and I enjoyed her soothing technique that really warmed up and stretched my muscle before she went in to dig out a few knots. She followed my requests to focus more on the shoulders and back, and went easy on my calves but still made me feel like I got a full body massage. It was my BFs first time getting a message, so he doesn't have anyone to compare to, however, he really enjoyed the massage from the pressure and techniques, to light scented spray and the products they used. On a recent visit to The Sacred Mountain Spa I had a 90 minute massage. Not only was it a fabulous massage but the spa itself is charming and well appointed. It is also a great source for Aveda hair products and Bare Minerals makeup. Previously I had been ordering these products online as I didn't know there was a local source for them. Today, I was treated to a belated Mother's Day massage by Shasta and a salon mani/pedi by Mindy. I visited this spa with my bridal party several years ago when it was known as the Evergreen Day Spa. Back then, I enjoyed the massage but the mani/pedi was sub-par due to the rigid bench seating - which also held me back from re-visiting the spa. However, the Sacred Mtn. team has reconfigured the mani/pedi to a separate venue - big upgrade! My only suggestion is to add music to the mani/pedi venue. I would definitely return and recommend both technicians to friends and family! read more
