Great place to get your horse tack. They have the basics and can order items for you as well. Very friendly!

On 1/6/26, I placed an order for a custom holster, received an order number and an anticipated shipping date of 3-4 weeks. In early February 2026, I contacted Bullard by telephone to get an update on my order--no returned call. I emailed---no reply, I sent text messages---no replies. This ordeal went on for over a month, with no replies. Finally, in early March, I contacted Citi Visa to seek help. They recommended that file a dispute. That was done, and Citi Visa contacted Bullard Leather on my behalf. In the interim, I also made attempts to contact Bullard Leather. It was my intent to accept the holster if it had been made and remove the dispute. Still, after 3 emails, 3 text messages and 2 telephone voicemails, I had not received any rely from Bullard. Finally, out of the "blue" I recently received an email from Bullard giving me a "ton of grief" for filing a dispute with Citi Visa and then suggesting that I should deal with them only and not contact Bullard Leather. Candidly, I do not know what is going on with this company. Today, I received notice from Citi Visa that the dispute would be closed and my account was credited for the holster purchase. Historically, they have produced excellent products, and I am still using several of their holsters. If they can get their act together, I would recommend them to any potential customer. However, as of now, I can't.

Her mother, inattentive and 5-6 feet away had to be roused out of her chair. I'm pretty sure the woman wasn't drunk (because I couldn't smell alcohol) but I'm pretty sure she was on some sort of drug, probably prescription pills. She moseyed on over in slow motion only to tell me, in slow motion, that they were too busy. She referred me to two places, neither of which I can find. I am very disappointed in this establishment.

A week later, I returned to find they had failed to pre-glued or had done a terrible job gluing the pieces of the boots before stitching them. The pieces on both boots were clearly misaligned. At least 25% of the stitches didn't even hit both pieces of leather in both boots. The last several stitches in both boots was so loose a match stick could be passed through them without touching the thread. I was furious and they knew it. My work boots USED to be a good pair in need of stitching. They said they would redo them. I came back a week later. Their 2nd attempt was no better than the first, complete with the same ending stitches which had matchstick-sized loops in them. Their second attempt also assured the boots could never be properly repaired because there are so many needle holes in the leather they chewed up. Today, the stitches are unraveling with threads on both sides of the leather and will be headed for the trash shortly. With this kind of repair expertise, do you really want to give Campos your good leather? I will never use them again, and discourage anyone who has such a foolish idea.
