I have 11 or so holsters from Bullard over the last 10 (?) years. All I wear is OWB or BTB and the holsters are all very comfortable, well made, sturdy and immaculately functional. I have never fumbled to draw a firearm. All of my inquiries have been promptly answered in a knowledgeable manner and timely fashion. Bullard is simply THE BEST!!!

I recently ordered two more holsters from them. I emailed them a question late in the afternoon to see if two gun model variations would work in the same holster and what position selection on their order menu I needed to make to run their IWB holster in the appendix position. The next day first thing in the morning I had a detailed response. I placed my order for an in-stock 1911 holster and for a custom IWB for some Sigs I have. Within about 2 weeks I have them in my hands and they are fantastic. Their quality is second to none and their turn around time was amazing. I would have been happy to wait the full estimated time so it was a nice surprise when I got the shipping confirmation and the package two days later. This was my first review: I ordered a custom holster from here for a Sig 229 Legion. It came well within their estimate time and is of great quality and craftsmanship. I couldn't be happier with the holster or the price. It is an old school hand crafted product so you order and then wait until a few weeks later you get a shipping confirmation and they shipped mine USPS Priority. Fantastic and I will order from them again.

Look who greets you coming into the shop. "The Duke" approved.

I have been looking for a good leather holster for my 1911 for quite some time. I made the trip to DM Bullard's while in the metroplex. The trip was well worth it. They crew at DM Bullard set me up with a belt, holster, and mag pouch for my 1911. All were in matching finish, and outstanding quality. They even had an inside the waistband holster for my Springfield XD-S. I have started the break in on the belt, holster, and mag pouch for my 1911 and the for and finish is beyond comparison. The company had an awesome website that shows what is currently in stock, and examples of custom work. My next order will be one of the flaming skulls shown on the website. The wait for a top end quality American made leather holster and accessories was well worth it. No regrets on this purchase. Thanks DM Bullard for the craftsmanship you guys put into your leather goods.

I came in to get the pad to the sissy bar on my motorcycle reupholstered. The lady who helped me…read moredidn't seem to really want to help me and told me her mother was going to have to tell me whether or not they could reupholster it. Her mother, inattentive and 5-6 feet away had to be roused out of her chair. I'm pretty sure the woman wasn't drunk (because I couldn't smell alcohol) but I'm pretty sure she was on some sort of drug, probably prescription pills. She moseyed on over in slow motion only to tell me, in slow motion, that they were too busy. She referred me to two places, neither of which I can find. I am very disappointed in this establishment.

I took a pair of work boots to Campos Leather Shop & Boot Repair to repair torn stitches looping…read moreover the top of my foot on both boots. A week later, I returned to find they had failed to pre-glued or had done a terrible job gluing the pieces of the boots before stitching them. The pieces on both boots were clearly misaligned. At least 25% of the stitches didn't even hit both pieces of leather in both boots. The last several stitches in both boots was so loose a match stick could be passed through them without touching the thread. I was furious and they knew it. My work boots USED to be a good pair in need of stitching. They said they would redo them. I came back a week later. Their 2nd attempt was no better than the first, complete with the same ending stitches which had matchstick-sized loops in them. Their second attempt also assured the boots could never be properly repaired because there are so many needle holes in the leather they chewed up. Today, the stitches are unraveling with threads on both sides of the leather and will be headed for the trash shortly. With this kind of repair expertise, do you really want to give Campos your good leather? I will never use them again, and discourage anyone who has such a foolish idea.

Great store, great guys. Incredible knowledge of Milsurp and antique firearms. Always friendly…read morealways helpful and always fair

Please don't do business with these people!…read more They just stole $600 from me that I really didn't have... I put a $900 rifle on layaway with them. In the first couple weeks I put $600 down, then got laid off. I immediately let them know what happened. They said hopefully unemployment won't take too long. Here it is 4 months later, I finally find out I have an appointment with TWC next week. So I go check in with them. They apologized and tell me it's been too long, and the rifles gone. I ask about the money I put towards it. They tell me there's no refund, and no store credit ! No partial credit! It's just gone ! And it's not like I haven't been a long time customer of theirs. I've probably bought close to a dozen guns from them in the past. I've used their layaway before, and always paid it off within a couple weeks. I just never thought I'd lose my job, and be making LESS than a quarter what I used too. Now you may be reading this, thinking "so what, my jobs secure" well I urge you to consider the character of the people you're considering doing business with. If they're willing to steal from someone who just lost their job, What else are they willing to do to make a buck? Like their little bags of "bulk ammo" you sure that's not 5 times reloaded brass? Who knows with people like this? Who knows how well they go over firearms before they sell them to you? And if you think I'm just bitter, well I am, however if you search my reviews you'll see this is my second EVER negative review. Usually if I have bad service somewhere I just don't go back. PS I always went there to support local businesses, and they usually have a good selection; however just about EVERY firearm they sell you can get cheaper online if you'll wait a week. You just go to another mor reputable dealer in town, and they'll charge you a $20-$25 FFL transfer fee. You have to wait a week, but end up saving a hundred bucks. Thats like buy a couple and get one free compared to shopping there.
