If you address any type of error situation on their end the head doctor Dana Cernea will pull you aside and tell you off basically! She does not let you get a word in edgewise and when you try to explain your suspicion of their mistakes she cuts you off again constantly and blames YOU the patient! You can smell the BS from a mile away. They also commit fraud on medical samples whether blood, urine, lab work, etc. This doctors office is absolutely terrible - don't let the updated and clean office fool you. Dr Sonia Chadha is excellent with my mom. While geriatrics is not her specialty, it should be. She takes her time with my mother, listens to her concerns, doesn't talk down to her, and explain's everything thoroughly. We have never felt rushed. She is cautious with prescribing any new medication and we appreciate that. My mother has several health challenges and Dr Chadha is proficient with them all.
