I was the only person in the store. She chose to label other packages in the store instead of assisting me. When questioned, she said the boxes were there first. After 10 minutes of waiting, she has me move to another register. I was trying to see her name plate and she turns it towards me and says "can you see it?!" She was rude throughout my transactions. Then she throws a UPS store card at me and says I can leave my review there. There are many struggling, capable people who would love to have the job that she apparently hates. I am very hopeful that UPS would rather have a pleasant, customer-oriented person representing their company instead of this miserable, bad-mannered, impolite individual. Common courtesy isn't hard. I will not use this location again and also will avoid UPS when possible.

While I was waiting in line to be helped, the person he was working with expressed that she did not expect her shipping cost to be so high and asked if there were less expensive options. His response was, "We're not the post office". She decided to go somewhere else. When it was my turn, he barely acknowledged me and only said in a harsh tone, "put it on the scale". My transaction was a simple drop-off so I just let it go and left, but I left annoyed and unsatisfied with the service I received. This is the second time I have witnessed this person act this way toward a customer, so I don't think is an isolated incident. I will no longer go to this store and I will also think twice before using UPS for my shipping needs. I'm sure there will be the standard response to this post from UPS stating that this is concerning and that they will endeavor to improve. In the end, I know that this will go nowhere with management and higher-ups who simply do not want to deal with issues like this, and really don't need to because they already have more business than they need.

She visited my home (on the same day) to walk the rooms and get a true understanding of the scope of work and my specific desires. The quote given was very reasonable and we chose to move forward with an initial deep clean. Our home was tidy, but our previous (nationally franchised) maid service seemed to be getting less thorough with each session so the deep clean gave us peace of mind and a great reset. Lucy was wonderful with scheduling us for a time that worked for my family, and we appreciated her flexibility! Yesterday was our deep clean and OH BOY did her team go above and beyond. Lucy and her associate arrived on-time, fully stocked with cleaning products, and great spirits. They spent over five hours in my home scrubbing things until they sparkled. They cleaned items never touched by my old service including ceiling fans and under the couches. Additionally, they were able to remove stains on my walls that I had given up on. The kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms have never looked better! Sinks and appliances look brand new despite being almost ten years old. We are very grateful for Lucy and have already set up to be recurring customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Give her a chance and skip the national franchises. They only performed partial bookkeeping, miscategorized several business expenses without confirming them, and failed to identify standard write-offs, amongst other issues. The quality was so poor that I ultimately decided to stop working with them before they could complete my personal and business tax return. Despite acknowledging the issues and agreeing to a partial refund, they later backtracked and refused to return any of my money. I paid for services I never received, which is theft, dishonest and unethical. This firm is incompetent, unresponsive, and untrustworthy. If you're looking for a CPA who delivers on what they promise, look elsewhere.
