I came in under a great deal of pressure and urgently needed assistance with multiple services, having documents notarized, copied, and faxed. From the moment Barisi began assisting me, she was kind, attentive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to ensure everything was completed correctly and went above and beyond by clearly explaining pricing and delivery options so there were no surprises. Her professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier to manage, and I truly felt valued as a customer. During my visit, I also witnessed a very challenging situation involving another customer who became irate and verbally aggressive toward Mya because they did not want to wait their turn. Despite being treated disrespectfully, Mya remained calm, composed, and professional, continuing to assist customers with grace. Barisi also stepped in appropriately, and together they handled the situation with remarkable poise and teamwork. It was refreshing and reassuring to see two employees maintain such a high level of professionalism under pressure. Their actions reflect positively on your company, and I genuinely believe Barisi and Mya are valuable assets to your team who deserve recognition. Parking can get a bit hairy at times but I'm normally always in and out so I can just pull in front of the store for a quick drop off. I love that their self kiosk is always working so if you're doing Amazon returns or just dropping off pre labeled packages, you can skip the line and move on with your day. I've never used it but they do have the mailboxes if you're in need.

While I was waiting in line to be helped, the person he was working with expressed that she did not expect her shipping cost to be so high and asked if there were less expensive options. His response was, "We're not the post office". She decided to go somewhere else. When it was my turn, he barely acknowledged me and only said in a harsh tone, "put it on the scale". My transaction was a simple drop-off so I just let it go and left, but I left annoyed and unsatisfied with the service I received. This is the second time I have witnessed this person act this way toward a customer, so I don't think is an isolated incident. I will no longer go to this store and I will also think twice before using UPS for my shipping needs. I'm sure there will be the standard response to this post from UPS stating that this is concerning and that they will endeavor to improve. In the end, I know that this will go nowhere with management and higher-ups who simply do not want to deal with issues like this, and really don't need to because they already have more business than they need.

This is not the first time this has happened. I have seen at least 10 people come and go since I've been sitting here praying that they were going to open today. With all the noise and craziness of the holiday season, Cordella was polite and smiled at each customer she encountered. She was a shining example of what customer service should be. I have visited other UPS stores in the area and have been greeted by some pretty miserable humans. Not this one.
