Once my son reached his last lesson and test, we ran into a scheduling conflict and were told they do not re-schedule. We paid a lot of money and scheduled during a pandemic and there was no way to reschedule a final lesson and test? Additionally, they were extremely rude, my son didn't seem to learn much (they never even did any interstate driving), and the cost is much higher than other driving schools. Zero helpfulness or even a shred of compassion with our situation to try to reschedule. We now have to retake (and repay) for the entire course elsewhere. It's been four weeks and I still have not completed the training because they do not have an instructor for the Adult Behind the Wheel training. I requested a refund and they refuse to process a refund. The owner became belligerent with me and even called me a liar when I asked to explain why the website did not provide the full information So if you are an adult seeking to obtain your driver's license before the 60-day waiting period please do not go with this company. I spent a total of $860 and they did not provide the full services I paid for.
