This is a pathetic credit union. When I signed up, I asked about Apple Pay. The enrollment Manager had no idea what I was talking about. She asked me if I meant Bill Pay. I had to explain to her what Apple Pay was all about. This was a year ago and she said that they were negotiating to join a network. Of course it never happened. I was also told that a credit report would not be polled for me unless I asked for a loan. One month later they pulled one anyway for no reason. I explained to her before I signed off on the agreement that I did not want them pulling credit reports willy-nilly since I was trying to improve my credit score. She told me not to worry. Finally I signed it agreement stating I wanted to have overdraft protection. Now they went ahead and returned two of my payments and charge me overdraft fees anyway. Needless to say I do not recommend Safe Harbor credit union to anyone not even my ex-wife. read more

Well I shopped around when I decided to buy out my leased auto and went with Safe Harbor Credit Union. Jackie really helped me out and made the transaction as smooth as butter on my end, although I know she went to great length on her end! She was absolutely terrific! I may change financial institutions because of this! read more

Safe Harbor is one of the best credit unions I've used over the years. The employees are very easy to talk to and cheerful. I do a lot of business with them and usually speak with an officer or manager once or twice a week. I've had a number of loans through them and have been very satisfied! Thanks keep it up! read more

Just don't bother in the first place.
