Update: After reviewing her response, I found it to be highly unprofessional. I want to reiterate the concerns outlined above and add that this matter has now been reported to the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General's Office. An $800 loss should never be dismissed as something that simply "happens" in business. People in South Carolina work hard for their income, and paying for services that were not delivered is not only unprofessional--it is unacceptable. I had to hire a private investigator just to locate her to serve her papers for the court case since most of her addresses are not physical locations, a red flag for any type of credit repair service. It is my sincere hope that no one else has had a similar experience. I remain committed to pursuing a resolution until the funds are returned and there is clear accountability to ensure this does not happen again.
