The dockmaster is a terrible, Napoleon-type dictator who is mean, rude and has no business dealing with people! He thinks he runs the show and calls the shots, regardless of rules or laws. He's a two-faced liar who ridicules tenants behind their backs, talks badly about them to other people (who can overhear, as I did), and has a personal vendetta against people he just doesn't like, kicking them out despite a lease being in place. The staff here are not helpful or friendly, and they have no security on site. Cars in the parking lot are hit and vandalized, and there is no camera footage or protection for tenant cars. Their docks and facilities are sub-par, and the entire marina needs to be redone with new staff hired. The restaurant looks great, overlooking the water, but the service and food is terrible, and not at all worth the long walk down the dock to get there. Love the staff and location and clients, etc.   Would be a four star review except, if you have a boat in the Marina and spend a few nights a month on that boat ... the Marina provided internet is terribly unreliable.   I've had a boat here for 5+ years,  Safe Harbor has owned this Marina for a few yeas and, on C Dock at least, the Marina provided internet is terrible.   SH RPM IT people always answer the phone, they're very courteous, they usually fix the problem (after a few days) ... then a week later it fails again miserably. Just plan on no internet or plan on using a Cell Phone Hot Spot. The Marina should just stop advertising that they provide internet. But seriously, other than than, it's a good place and good people. read more

This is my favorite place to tie up anywhere. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The amenities are great. Now to be honest I'm too cheap to eat at the restaurant but it looks amazing. Showers are sparkling clean and spacious and security is good. There is pretty good WiFi for a place this size and lots of dock carts. Parking is usually fullish but I've always been able to find a spot. I'm rambling but trust me it's worth the stay. read more

We love this place. We recently purchased a new sailboat and had previously visited RPM. We were favorable impressed during that visit and upon delivery of the sailboat we moved it to our slip at RPM and learned to enjoy the facilities. The marina includes all of the amenities you would expect, including laundry, showers, fuel, ice, a ship store, and a lounge. In addition there are two great restaurants in the marina and many stores within walking distance or just a short drive away. read more

My wife and I have kept our boat on a $450/month boat lift slip here for nearly three years so I don't give this review lightly: Nice marina, great location, but if you keep your boat here, be prepared to deal with an astoundingly unfriendly management team with a slumlord mentality and zero interest in customer satisfaction or convenience. Brace yourself for billing department incompetence, paperwork that is repeatedly "lost," and communications so unfriendly that they should be signed by "The Warden." Now in 2017 they're further worsening the customer experience by no longer accepting credit card payments, meaning customers either must pay by check manually every month (within seven days from receipt of invoice or there's a $35 late fee) or trust them with your bank routing information (which I would NEVER recommend with these people). Maintenance issues are a nightmare. When we moved our boat in, we found out that our boat lift was warped and using cobbled together parts from multiple different lifts (and had concrete parking stops affixed to the bunks so they'd sink properly). Once our boat was stuck in the air a few times and an independent lift repair contractor deemed it unsafe, they moved us to a new lift and substantially increased our lease. Even maintenance items as simple as a broken latch on a dock box routinely take months to fix, like when we reported our broken lid and latch in November 2016 and it wasn't fixed until sometime in February of 2017 (even though they promised to replace the whole box when we first moved in). We pay nearly $500 a month for the luxury of keeping our play toy at this marina. Take our money, let us use our boat, and leave us alone. How hard can it be? I'd give zero stars to these people if I could. The owners and managers at Regatta Pointe Marina appear far more interested in their restaurant spaces and other lease holders than they are in their marina tenants, who in their minds must clearly be only a nuisance. read more
