Inside the relaxing waiting area where we were served a delicious lunch (made personally by Linda), the ambiance and decor were the perfect precursor to the spa treatments. The personal touches Linda did for my friend were greatly appreciated and made her feel special. When Linda came to bring my friend to the massage room for her facial and massage, I looked through the scrapbook that detailed Linda's interesting life as a masseuse to the stars during her many years in the movie industry. She is also an author, and very interesting to converse with. A very gracious lady, indeed. I also went out into the living area to enjoy the artwork, which is diverse and beautiful. Their website was terrible and all I was doing was trying to buy my mother a gift card; called but I couldn't even do that over the phone because they have no way to get a gift certificate to someone.
