You enter into, what appears to be, a set from The Walking Dead. This abandoned dr office is creepy as all hell. I wandered around a bit looking for a boss to defeat on this level so I could FIND the elevator to go to the next level on the second floor. Once I found the elevator, which smelled like a bum died in it ...a week ago... I made it to Labcorp. No receptionist. You "check in" via some robotic kiosk. Hope you have good eyesight cause I'm convinced it's not ADA friendly. Once checked in, you put your worldly possessions in a lockbox...ON THE FLOOR... again, not very ADA friendly, and after the insufferably rude staff finished BARKING orders at me, I peed in a cup and had MORE orders BARKED at me, all the while one of the staff members wandering around complaining VERY loudly about having to work there and the other staff giver her pointers, again..very loudly from OTHER rooms.. on how to "look" busy and avoid work. I collected my stuff and left, via the tangibly smelly elevator, and exited the premises before someone jumped me and stole all my shit. I have rarely been so annoyed at a place to the point where I will write to the Better Business Bureau or the Chamber of Commerce, but I'm probably going to today. AWEFUL experience!!!! TERRIBLE customer service and completely lacking in any aspect of dignity at all.
