They said I returned the truck a day late and drove too many miles. I actually returned it early and drove under the miles per my contract! When you call the location the refuse to pick up the phone. Didn't send a receipt and try to charge my credit card twice until I call them on it. The second location which I'm supposed to pick up a U-Haul tomorrow did not notify me of my change to pick up a U-Haul across town until I happen to look on to my account as they claim they sent me a text and email which was a lie. U-Haul had went from sugar to shit and this will be my last truck rental from them. They have became very unprofessional with some of their employees and ​that they don't give a damn.
