I believe they may be still understaffed in terms of drivers, since I have had some issues getting the times I need for trips. Luckily, it hasn't happened that often, but it is an issue when I'm trying to get to a single day event. That being said, the drivers are excellent. They take great care checking and double checking that you are secure in your travel. They also check on riders while on the road to ensure they're getting a smooth ride. They do offer exceptional care for their riders. Overall, I'm much happier with the service I'm getting.
