They are worse than the trash they claim to pick up…read more Instead of providing service, they harass, bully, and buy out other companies because no one actually wants to work with them. They took my money, never picked up the trash, and continue to harass me with phone calls and emails. This is theft -- they charged me but never rendered the service. The attached photo shows the trash still sitting there after they claimed it was collected. This company needs to be held accountable. If they show up on my property again, I will involve law enforcement. They are dishonest, predatory, and should not be trusted..

They showed up right on time with all the equipment they needed, and they knew exactly how to pack up our U-Haul truck. As far as I know, after unloading and unpacking it appears that not a thing was broken. Although I'm a great driver (ha!), I suspect that result is due even more to their excellent loading job. Also, we needed items to be loaded in a specific order in order to help us on the back end with different destinations of different items. They followed our instructions perfectly. No problem at all. And did I mention how efficient they were? I can't recommend them enough!

Move your valuables yourself as well as small power tools, etc. I did lose a few small items in this last move. I cannot definitely say it was the movers fault but even if was, ultimately it was my fault for being too trusting. They get the job done at a reasonable price if you prepare for the move. They are not packers or advisers. They move things.

However, we did get to watch the care they took in loading and unloading boats. Then, we also watched them "fetch" boats in storage and place others on the racks. These folks were so friendly. They invited us to use their table and chairs. Staff also shared with us information about the fairly recent hurricane that ripped through there. Definitely nice folks that seem to really care about the boats they were storing.

The complex is nice with shaded areas and places to walk. The 2-bedroom apartment I have is very…read morenice. Enjoy having lots of windows and huge closets in the bedrooms. The only other closet though is a small pantry in the kitchen. No linen closet in the bathroom. I really wish the kitchen had more cupboards. It also only has two small drawers. Glad to have a dishwasher and microwave provided. The complex currently allow dogs which is both good and bad. I have two well trained dogs. I pick up after them and see others doing the same. There are those however that don't. I wish they had a policy to fine those that don't pick up after their dogs. That might help. I want my dogs to be good residents just as I want to be. Quiet and respectful of others. That isn't true of too many dogs and their owners in this complex. Dogs barking is a big problem. There are dogs on balconies unattended that bark. There are dogs on balconies that bark with their owners present doing little to stop them. There are dogs in apartments that bark shockingly loudly at the windows when you walk around the complex. I feel sorry for their neighbors. Evidently very tolerant. I even had another tenant's dogs attack and bite my dog. It seems the complex wants to allow dogs (which is great) but doesn't actively attend to the potential problems caused by dog owners that don't respect their neighbors. They do credit checks on potential tenants but don't do any sort of check on the dogs before allowing them. Something like a simple bark and/or obedience test would go a long way to having not only creditworthy tenants but well behaved dogs. I think if this complex can resolve the dog issues it would easily be a 4 or 5 star place to live.

They were very informative and willing to show us more than one apt available. They answered all of our questions and were very accommodating. The property was beautiful and very well picked up. The homes were all nice and had some great uniqueness like built in desks and a built in book shelves. Decent closet space. Overall, very positive experience. We chose a different location that fit our needs best in another town due to work locations.
