Condescending, won't let you finish a sentence, acts bothered by you asking a question. Just absolutely the worst experience I've ever had dealing with anyone. Talked down to me, like I'm an idiot. Still having pest problems, and she didn't even know what kind of pests, just said they would respray and that rain rendered the spray ineffective. That's weird, didn't know it rained in my home and attic. Never once saw a dead bug, never once saw a reduction in numbers. Nothing.
