Let me start off by saying my lawn was green it was amazing to step out and feel the grass on my feet I take really good care of my lawn my goal WAS the best in the neighborhood so I called them out the first treatment went super well Demarco was super great explained everything clearly it was amazing he did his thing and left well a week or two went by and I noticed stickers popping up on my side yard again so I called to schedule a reapplication of the weed control so we skip the the appointment Jesus spays the weed control down and leaves a foot hanger that says "water tomorrow morning" so tomorrow water day so I wasn't worried the appointment was on wed the 21st by Tuesday my yard is yellow patchy and dead like pick up dead blades of grass and watch them blow in the wind Tuesday they send someone out and said the office sent me out cause you said you had a patch of dead grass as I answer look at my yard it's that patch man he walks around and looks then gets a probe and smashes it into the ground what I assume is a moisture meter of some sorts and says yeah your not watering enough ummm excuse me I water plenty so he explains to me the tuna can trick mind you Demarco explained that too me and I oddly did find it effective and that's how I know how much to water then he keeps telling I'm not watering enough it was back and forth with him and me I water enough I explained my lawn was looking GOOD GOOD before the reapplication fast forward the next day the supervisor calls and asks about it then he called the owner to ask for a free soil treatment owner says no I'll discount it 30% due to the compact soil so I decline because I had no issues before. You can clearly see their machine spay marks through my entire yard. I will not use ever again and will be speaking with an attorney about this. I was a loyal customer of Elite Lawn Care for nearly two years, and I'm someone who never complains. However, my recent experience with them has left me extremely disappointed. As the company has grown, it seems they've lost sight of what truly matters--taking care of their customers. What used to feel like a personalized service now feels more like dealing with a big-box store where you're just another number. What should have been a simple fix for them of over-fertilized my backyard and burning up my lawn. These things happen. And Instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the blame onto me, questioning my watering habits and other factors. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially from a company I trusted for so long. Despite my loyalty, no one from Elite Lawn Care reached out to discuss the issue or address why I decided to cancel their service. Not a single person from management or the owner bothered to reach out, which clearly shows they don't care about you or their customers--they just want your money. Just like any large company, they'll likely respond to this review with a generic statement about taking my feedback seriously or asking me to contact customer service to discuss further. But the truth is, they don't care--it's all just a formality. If you're looking for a lawn care company that values its customers and truly cares about the quality of their work, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I recently contracted ELITE to perform my lawn care. They tried repeatedly to come out, but with the record rain were never able to do their service. Today DEMARCO was out. What a pleasant young man. I so appreciated his thoroughness. He was here for probably close to 45 minutes. Completely covered the entire yard with his spray and then machine spreader. Final straw was last week when they came to treat for weed and feed and burned up my acre of lush green grass. They didn't fess up and admit fault. I am a retired 100% Disabled Combat Vet. We wanted to resettle and buy a home in Edmond, OK. We found "The House", but it has termites. The owner called Elite to have the house treated. Elite came out and did a "full termite treatment " for the original seller of the home we were interested in. While the words in the report were enough to satisfy the VA, he was supposed to also provide a treatment diagram. While he promised to deliver the diagram several times in the last 2 WEEKS, but has failed to do so. Dennis was more than accommodating on the phone. He started ignoring voice mail, email, and texts. We figured that we were being blown off because the owner of the house had already paid the $2,000.00 for the treatment. As of TODAY, 23 June, 2024, we've not heard or seen anything that looks like a treatment diagram. We are prepared to close on this house, but NOT until we are 100% Satisfied and guaranteed the work was done to standard. That includes a Treatment Diagram. After Wednesday 26 June, we will be forced to push back our closing date 30 days to 1 August. In any case I CANNOT recommend this company to perform as much as spraying a can of Raid on my property. I'm sure both the Sellers Realtor, and our own Realtor, will no longer recommend this company for any work recommendations in the future. read more

I knew we needed fertilizer and weed control. I saw Adam across the street working at my neighbor's lawn. I went over and talked to him about doing our lawn. He gave me the information and I called them and they said they would be out. They came when promised and they let you know by text and email. When Adam came, he met my dog and gave him a treat. He told me exactly what they were going to do and even got the weeds in the cracks in the driveway. They were professional and nice. I will definitely continue to use them. read more

I explicitly told them to use the west gate next to the driveway as the east gate is weak and has an air conditioner condenser behind it that they would have to climb over. Abel completely ignored my instructions and did his own thing. They have 7 more visits by contract but that will be it. I didn't even know they were here until I went out and checked the mail.
