Had to have windshield replace due to small rock with cracking. They had to order the glass which was from the manufacturer and took 3 weeks. I understood, no problem. Glass comes in, appointment set and job completed, until....., After installation, tech comes out to tell me their equipment can't sync with manufacturer for camera use and I need to sign a waiver of liability in case the equipment may be dicey! Said it was issues on the manufacturer's side. Call insurance telling me not to sign anything then called the manufacturer who said their syncing system was working and that sometimes they get calls saying this because the glass company does not have the technology to work on the newer autos. They suggested I go to the dealership to get everything back to normal, WHY WOULDN'T I GO TO THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE. They closest dealers is 2 hours away and I responsible for cost! If you have a newer vehicle, think hard on where you get glass repaired or replaced! read more

Brie and John were extremely helpful with fixing a problem created by Cross Lanes. The fact that their manager, John, kept in contact while the problem was being worked on was very professional!! Again, this was not their fault in any way, but they made sure to keep in touch and make everything right!!! I highly recommend this location over Cross Lanes (stay away from there at all costs) *In addition, John actually came out to shake my hand and apologize for Cross Lanes F-up, stating "just wanted to say thank you for coming to us" Wow!!!! Safelite reached out to me quickly after submitting my claim on my GEICO app. The service was performed within 2 hours and I was updated on the status of my car shortly after drop off. Good service. Using COVID as an excuse (which is difficult to understand how that gets in way of taking a phone call), this Company refuses to answer its phone!! I have since learned after having to drive to the local repair shop that local people are very nice and friendly and gave me a work around phone number to reach them. But I am going to keep this low rating because the national company needs to do better than have the phone number they publish everywhere not allow you to speak with a human being. I have read Safelite's comment. Today, because you cannot reach a human being by phone, I had to drive to the local Safelite location enter the building and speak face to face with a Safelite employee. I fail to see how that is safer for me or the employee over talking over the telephone. read more

After making a appointment at Safelite AutoGlass. The team there was excellent from the receptionist to the guys working on my car. The car had a leak around the windshield I thought. It was the sunroof drain clogged up and causing the water to spill inside the cabin of the car. I just want everyone to know these people have mastered customer service, it is excellent. I've been to the shop and had them come to my work. I received excellent service both times. The service reps were attentive and made sure I was taken care of. The workmanship was great. Neither crack is visible and the work took less than an hour both times. They work with your insurance or can offer you a discount. read more
