I don't know where that came from, and I found it very ridiculous that he treated the next woman in line who was quite frankly and litetally... dressed in a cheetah shirt with hair & makeup like a... politely... whereas he treated me, who is dressed in a turtleneck zip-up sweater, a hat, and a mask with such contempt and disrespect. He is South Asian with a beard, the woman in a cheetah shirt is white, and I am a Southeast Asian woman in appearance. I wonder what sort of biases might have influenced that very unpleasant interaction. I felt upset enough to ask him this question as I left the store: "Do you know what the name Christian means and what Christians stand for? Why are you so rude and disrespectful?" as the name for the pick-up order was "Christian" (although, I have no idea if they are true Christians or not). I will avoid this store. I hope he gets some feedback from his manager. Maybe he will take a minute or two to reflect.

Waited in line for about 5min while the lead pharmacist continued to ignore me. Young guy comes from the back and says hi, spends a good 2-3 min going back and forth with the lead pharmacist. Finally they decide to help me and the younger guy then proceeds to tell me he has nothing on file for me and then walks away. I continue to stand there as the lead pharmacist continued to ignore the situation and the other tech hasn't come back yet. At this point I walk away as the young tech walks up. @cvs/target I will not be coming back, and will transfer my prescriptions and future prescriptions to Rite Aid. I will also be transferring my husband's transplant medications which cost 3k a month. Add that number up and give your team a high five on the lost revenue.

Nat is one of nicest & most helpful employees of any retail store I've been in, period. He's the definition of what customer service should be. It's the closest gas station to Mountain House where I live, which is still 7 miles away and I am a fan of 76 so I go here. Getting in and out of this place is easy and getting back on the freeway is a breeze. You won't be blown away by the appearance of the place and yes the restrooms need a remodel or something like that. The convenience store is fine and spacious and will get you whatever you need from your gas station shopping trip quickly and easily and the gas prices tend to be a little better than those in Tracy. Now keep in mind that fact that you see wind farms close by should clue you in that this place is windy and in a windy spot so beware when you open your door, especially in the winter. BTW, the quality of the gasoline is fine and my car will generally easily go 400 miles after I get out of here.

I have understanding of how busy they must be probably throughout late morning until late at night with this. My question is, how do they not get this is going to happen? It's insane. We were able to still get slushees, they just make you pay for them. Fine. We pay, get the cups, and slushees are basically melted when they come out of the machine. One guy goes: oh we are closed until 2 for lunch. Wtf. What pharmacy closes until 2?! So now my son has been waiting since 8 am for his medication because they did NOT call to tell me was ready.
