Overall, if you need to stop for some beer or chips on the way back to your home or motel, it's not a bad place to get done what you need to get done. If you don't mind driving another two minutes out of your way, however, hit up the Safeway in Stanley Village for better prices and selection.

The store has the feeling of a well-stocked local liquor store. Prices for beer were as expected, liquor seemed a little higher than I'm used to in Texas, also not unexpected in a small mountain town. The owner was quite friendly and helpful. I visited during COVID-19 so I never saw his face. But, he had smiley eyes and assisted me in finding several items I needed. Our group was curious about local craft beers and found a decent selection from the four local breweries and from Avery Brewing in Boulder, of which we are also fans.
