But I'm here to review Schrader propane, its great service and the old fella who showed up in a bobtail to service my tank was the most knowledgable propane professional I ever did meet, his name was John and he was a helluva dude and a great bobtail driver, he answered every single one of my questions in depth and even dropped a ton of knowledge on me about propane that I had no idea about. I cant wait till John brings me my next load of propane I will go out of my way to make sure I am there just to shoot the breeze with him, what a guy and what a company. HOORAY FOR SCHRADERS!

I won't even begin to explain the anxiety it raised. That was January. Luckily the driver put new valves on the tank and refilled. But we were never reimbursed fully for the loss. It turns out this tank had a similar issue with the prior owner which we were not made aware of. And now we've switched service providers and it's May. I cannot get them to pick up their tank nor give me a date that will happen.

When I called to get some help the lady said that I probably just used it and that I need to buy some more. Their service tech told me years ago he was going to replace the leaky valve and never did. I wonder how much I lost over the years. I asked how much their propane was and they were double the cost of every other company I called after I was off the phone with them. The danger of a leaky tank is serious and shouldn't have ever been neglected. And just bad costumer service. I found much better options just by shopping around.

Regarding other people's complaints, you have to remember that when you are in the mountains, things don't always happen as fast as you might have been used to elsewhere. Running an efficient and cost-effective business sometimes may mean putting orders together in a batch to save on trips. That said, when we've run out of propane, they always come to our aid right away!

(The van's customization was done in Texas.) The owner himself came out to talk with me and talked me through his idea for a solution. He quoted me what I thought was a very reasonable price and they completed the work in a few hours. He gave me a thorough rundown on how the new system worked and things to look out for.
