She engaged with every customer with a smile and enthusiastic greeting. The gentleman before me was trying to apply points for his purchase...an annoying and tedious process...and I had a badly sprained wrist so I was slow and clumsy, but she was supportive and very helpful in moving things along. She apologized to the customers in line, greeting each with a warm smile. (She also gave me some kind advice about using horse linament for my badly sprained wrist, but I was too distracted by pain to pay attention.) She was altogether wonderful. Please give this kind-hearted, generous employee a raise! She exemplifies the best of customer service!!!! I am having a miserable weekend filled with pain and unable to use my right hand. I accepted that nothing good would happen this day. But boy, I was surprised by the kindness and consideration of this cashier for every customer waiting to check out. Recently I started using the pickup service. The pickup area is on the right side of the store (Home Depot side). The employees have all been friendly and placed my groceries well. My only issue is that sometimes after I order I get an email that things are out of stock. This would be fine except I've gone into the store to find the items listed as out of stock and find them in stock myself. Overall I do like pickup, and I like that I can shop online at home at my leisure and pickup the next day or two with just a few minutes waiting. I do like going in the store on my own to shop too. Getting to walk around is a benefit you miss with pickup.

Then we found Square Care. It was a complete game changer. Ike, the owner of the business, is one of the kindest people I have had the privilege of knowing. He goes to great lengths just to know you and hear your truth about your experiences with the medical and pharmaceutical system. He is also the only pharmacy that we have ever had that made us feel like a priority. This business goes above and beyond to be on top of medication, understanding, supportive, and treat each new client/patient with the respect and care they deserve. The thing I love the most about Square Care is that they truly understand how ugly the pharmaceutical industry is and work everyday to be different. Ike has stated that he (unlike other companies) always sees the person first, and as I get to know this company more and more, I know that is true.
