I just had the BEST massage I've ever had in my whole life from John Lawless today. He really did a wonderful job listening and diagnosing the problem and PROVIDING SO MUCH RELIEF. He made me feel very comfortable and it was easy to tell he knew exactly what he was talking about and doing. Very very happy and will absolutely be back for more work with John. Was surprised with a Christmas gift from my wife today. A 90 minute massage with Molly and it was divine. Had a very relaxing and wonderful experience at Sage & Spry. Loved the atmosphere and energy and will definitely be back. read more

Had a massage with Jake and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. You can tell he really know his stuff and worked specifically with Injuries and problem areas I have. He reads the body and uses massage, pressure, cupping, and even movement to work on issues. Bummed we are visiting for Chicago. Marquette, ya gotta good one, go get a massage from Jake! read more

Angie grew passionate about wellness through her experiences with suffering and healing. Her struggles with physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual issues have left her with a lot of tools and knowledge that she's passionate about sharing with others. Angie recently returned to her hometown, Marquette, MI, after 10 years away and is eager to join the ever-growing wellness community here.

After years of struggles with her health, Angie embraced massage as her first step on her journey to good health. Massage had a profound effect on her life, both physically and emotionally, and she hopes to influence people in the same way as their therapist. Angie creates a soothing and safe environment where she works with her clients to let go of stress and tension. She tailors each massage to meet each individual client's needs. Angie has more than 650 hours of massage training and utilizes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Craniosacral, Sports, Chair, Trigger Point, Pregnancy, Energy Work, and Clinical massage techniques to create a therapeutic, unique, and enjoyable experience. Angie also received 500 hours of training as a Wellness Coach and 450 hours of training as a Natural Chef in order to expand on the services she offers the public. She offers Wellness and Culinary services ranging from catering and personal cheffing to wellness programs and nutritional classes.

Born Scandanavian and raised Yooper, I was taught how to be tough and handle many situations; but taking care of myself wasn't always the focus. When Angie's path led to health and wellness, a lot of her new found skills were foreign to me. Through her wellness coaching, both my husband and I have realized that we feel so much better by eating healthy, drinking water, exercising and taking care of our bodies. Angie introduced us to the healing of massage. We had never had massages and weren't sure of our comfort level with them but our middle-aged bodies (okay so maybe over middle-aged - unless we live to be 120, ha) needed some care! Angie does a superb job! She is compassionate, sincere, and very qualified. I would highly recommend her!!! I went for a massage in October of 2014. Angie was able to work me into her schedule last minute and she worked miracles on my tight muscles. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed.
