I made an appointment for a broken tooth and pain. They didn't have an opening for almost two weeks. They had that entire period to tell me they wouldn't see me. Instead, with a worsening medical condition in my mouth, they called me at the last minute and didn't even offer a 'sorry' for my trouble. Again - this isn't about their policy, the quality of their service, their location, or even their facility - it's the abject lack of professionalism in cancelling an appointment at the last minute for someone with an issue that needs attention soon. There's not enough dentists to go around up here, but I wouldn't recommend dealing with these people.
