Before contracting with Sage I asked if I needed to get two small chips fixed before the PPF since I didn't want them to PPF over that which I'm trying to protect against. The email response I received was "We can touch up any chips that you have before installing the PPF. We do not repair any dents. We do not charge extra for the touch-up. You will need to supply us with the touch-up paint at drop-off." I picked up my vehicle and no touch up was done on the two small chips. After I complained they said those are not "chips" (see my pictures which clearly shows chips-touch up paint done by me) and if I choose to get them professionally touched up, they'll re-apply the PPF. So that's great - if you're looking to waste time doing the same thing twice and dealing with a company that doesn't fully perform the service they tell you, Sage is the place for you. read more

Sage Auto Studios is one of the most professional operations I have ever dealt with. Every aspect of my interaction with them was first class. I learned about Sage from a good friend who is fanatical about the care and maintenance of his high end cars. This recommendation was followed up by another friend who is a manager at one of the larger car dealerships in this area. Upon bringing my car to Sage for information and a quote, I was given a full and detailed tour of their facility and was introduced to a few of the people who would be doing the work. After consulting with Quinn, I chose to have the front of my car covered in PPF and the entire car ceramic coated. Obviously, the final work was outstanding, but they also requested that I schedule a follow up appointment (at no additional cost) for a week after I picked up the car to make sure everything was done up to their high standards and for a free hand washing of the car. During the hand washing of the car, they had the two techs who were doing the work, explain to me every part of the recommended procedure for washing the car going forward. They explained which products they used and pointed out that I could buy these products directly from them or elsewhere on the Internet. I plan on coming back to have a few other things taken care of in the near future. I will admit that Sage isn't the lowest price company to do this work but in my estimation, they are the Best and the best usually isn't the cheapest. Stop by and check them out. read more

I took my car to Sage to remove waterspot damage, then the car went from their garage to mine, then to a car show. As it sat in the sun at the show, the ceramic coat began to cure & gas, which caused the spots to reapear dramatically. I took it back to Sage the following Monday and was confident they would make it right. Shockingly, the 2 young owners began to blame me, not the professional, mature image at all that they displayed when we met. We both agreed when I picked it up, it was fine, little did either of us know that the sun sped up the curing process (the shiny wet look fades as it gases) which revealed the spots again. They stated that it was impossible. I met with a paint/detail expert, and he educated me and confirmed this. The worst part of this was the attack of my integrity. I am a highly decorated Navy Officer with 32.5 years of service. I'm fed up with the lack of manners, respect for others, and integrity in our country. Unfortunately, it's getting worse. It doesn't mean that Americans should dismiss it. Keep fighting the fight, my friends! I will be spreading the word at car shows and social media EVERY DAY until this is resolved! read more

The PPF on my 2013 Corvette was approaching 10 years old and needed to be removed and new PPF applied. The people at Sage Auto Studio removed the old PPF without damaging the paint or clearcoat and applied new (and greatly improved) PPF to the front bumper, rear view mirrors and headlights.
