I have been in therapy with Dana for a year. She is always understanding and insightful without judgement. From the beginning she made me feel comfortable and truly listened. She provides many practical tools to get me through my thoughts. And helps manage my feelings. She is so compassionate and genuinely cares. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist that is professional and empathetic. I just can't say enough good things about her. And everyone at Sage Wellness. And the massage therapist Robin is also the best! read more

If you're looking for a way to manage your aches and pains, increase your energy levels or simply feel better all over, Sage Wellness is the place you need to be. I started acupuncture treatment several weeks ago for severe chronic arthritis and am so pleased with the results. The yoga classes are great and the instructor doesn't do more than you are capable of performing, but helps you manage the positions. The center is lovely, comfortable and staffed by experienced and personable operators. Great way to spend an hour or two. read more

I've had multiple services here including halo therapy (salt room), yoga, BEMER vascular therapy and Indian head massages! EVERYTHING has been fantastic! I had major back surgery after a car accident over a year ago and I can honestly say each one of these services has made me feel 100 times better. The salt room is so relaxing and has helped with sinus issues and my 3 year old daughter loves going in there too! I have been doing yoga 1-2 times a week with Michelle and Tina and have saw major improvement with my balance, flexibility and all around mobility! The BEMER is absolutely amazing and not only has helped with my chronic back pain from my spinal fusion it has made me sleep better giving me more energy and less tension! Since my back surgery I haven't found any type of massage that I was able to do with metal rods and screws in my back. The Indian head massage i have had with Wesley is perfect for me to help get rid of the daily stress and head/neck pain from a desk computer job. Sage wellness has given me so much rejuvenation with all that I have tried and I continue to go back 3+ times a week! Highly recommend Dana and all her staff here! read more

Highly recommend!! Wonderful atmosphere. Wide variety of services offered. Friendly staff. Dana has been great!! She listens & has been empathetic in guiding me to what services will help. I have lymphedema in my left arm as a result of a mastectomy in 2000. I am receiving lymphatic massage and halo (salt room) therapy. What a difference this has made in my life. My inflammation is down & my confidence is up. Thank you Sage Wellness Center for coming to the area & helping me maintain my health. read more

I've experienced Halotherapy (Himalayan salt room) several times. It was one of best things I've treated myself to. It's very relaxing and when you leave you can feel the difference. I've experienced the salt room and massages. The salt room is amazing! It helped with my allergies and was extremely relaxing. I have had massages with both Wesley and Rejeanne. Both were incredible! From the time i walked in the door I started feel relaxed! Will definitely be going back!! read more
