It is amazing how quick the time flies when in there. My most recent visit was after spending time outdoors during a bad flare up of the Canadian wildfires. I almost felt like I had grit in my lungs and was frequently using my inhaler. I won't say the salt caved was a miracle cure, but I did leave feeling some relief from the discomfort and breathing a little easier. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
