There are various formats, heated and unheated, to choose from: a set vinyasa sequence, a sculpt and flow incorporating HIIT and weights with some yoga postures, a power flow, a slow flow, a gentle restore & more recently added, a delightful yin practice. This is not a "traditional" yoga studio in that you will not hear Sanskrit, Ohms, references to bhandas and other aspects of the traditional practice that you may miss if that is important to you. It was very noticeable to me at first but over time I have gotten used to their take on the practice and I value and appreciate their place in the yoga community! They give back to the community in various ways and although it is a franchise, it is locally owned.
