This was one of the most positive experiences I've ever had at a dentist as a new patient. They had even requested records from my previous dentist and had reviewed them before my appointment so that unnecessary imaging didn't have to happen; we just picked up with our dental schedule from where we left off with our previous dentist. Dr. Gundersen suggested I get veneers for my front teeth, as the enamel was worn and they were chipped/cracked. No other options were given to me and I proceeded with the recommendation. Since they were installed, I had nothing but difficulty with them. It was hard to bite into anything and incredibly painful. Never been scared of the dentist in my life but the thought of someone working on my teeth after the installment scared me away from the dentist for years. One of my veneers came off on a weekend and was quite painful and I sought to have it put back on after hours, to which he obliged. It came off again sometime later again on the weekend and I met him at the office again to have it put back on. I finally chose a different dentist because of how I had been treated when it came off the second time. My new dentist recommended crowns as a more permanent option. In total, the SAME tooth has come off six times. I decided to give Dr. Gundersen ONE more chance to fix the tooth and he actually tried blaming me saying I "crunch and grind" my teeth and refused to reinstall the veneer - which the remaining tooth is very painful when not covered with the veneer, until FIVE days later. So here I sit, looking ridiculous because he has ZERO compassion for his patients and doesn't back his own work. Disgusting.

During a time when I had to ride the bus I called in to confirm my appointment whilst at the bus stop. They had already set up my appointment for this day and hour, but failed to tell me that they had canceled it because my account had reached a $1,000 bill (pretty low for dental work), but they had now at this time changed their verbal agreement with me. I still attempted to pay them monthly, but my irritation with how I was treated didn't make me want to keep paying the $100/mo structure we initially had. Since that time, Connie, the one kneeling in front in the photos provided for this business talked fondly of her husband's Porsche in front of me (while knowing our financial circumstances), as well as referring to me as, "buddy." When confronted with her disrespectful nature of saying, "buddy," she attempted to play it off saying, "I meant it as a term of endearment." After all is said and done, and I was still paying my bill there, and took my wife there, regardless of our poor relationship, my father's cancer got much worse, and then we also experience a massive fire in Leavenworth, wiping out our property. My father passed shortly after the fire, at which time I wanted to settle the bill with them, since things had finally reached their climax. They hired an attorney through a collection agency and I am about to just pay their attorney fee's to get this company out of my hair once and for all. The bottom line is, their dental work is fine, but they breached their verbal agreement with me, and turned around and sued me during the hardest period of my life. Money isn't important in this life, so instead of attempting to fight with only a verbal agreement to go on in court, I am just going to let them have some of the life insurance money I received from my now passed father, which consumed much of my time and my caring for him, their bill was already paid in full, but they are still having the attorney's continue to peruse me. I cannot morally recommend this place, they over-charge, and come off as caring, but it really comes down strictly to money with this business. There are better places out there, this dental company charges $500 for one filling. On a side note, during the time when they stopped working on me when my teeth were at the peak of their damage due to non-treatment by this company, I received full dental care fixing all of my teeth for under $500, including a crown, but not including a root canal.
