It has now been TEN WEEKS since we filed a warranty claim. We still do not have a replacement part! My last communication with Home Zone Furniture customer service was 2 weeks ago when I asked about the status of our replacement part. I was told by the rep he would check, and get back to me. I haven't heard anything now in 2 weeks. The section is made by Dallas Sofa Company and made locally in DFW. The warranty on the section sold to us by Home Zone Furniture is WORTHLESS if I can't get a replacement part! There is ZERO REASON a replacement part for a couch made in DFW should take 10 weeks (and counting). I am incredibly disappointed in Home Zone Furniture's quality and warranty service!
