Had to dispute that a few times. 2. The order that came was incorrect. I did not order a table and they said it was part of the set so I have no choice. The sales rep said they were separate pieces so no that is a lie or the rep doesn't know his products 3. I call and finally convince them that it was not ordered and I would like a refund so they say ok. 4. Relieved I am thinking wait a minute. What about restocking fee? I notice that they are charging me a restocking fee. Why???? I didn't order it. I live 2 hours away so difficult to drive in. But they say, go to the store. One says I will get refunded there, but the manager says she doesn't know. I asked to be directed to billing and she says there are no numbers for them. What!?!? 3. Now I am really angry with this service and I ask to be transferred to the store and she says she can not. Wow. I used to be a fan of Licung Spaces. My first impression was Norma is passionate and knows her stuff. I didn't feel like she just wanted to make a sale. Norma and her husband spend two whole days with us after coming to our house and measuring everything to make sure we get what we want. We finally got all of our house furnished with their help! It feels magical! My family loves the outcome. Even my 5 years old can't stop talking about how beautiful our house is! You get high end furniture paying half of the price compare to lot of other furniture stores in Dallas.

There was some miscommunication between different location's employees on how to handle the situation due to what I had been told the day I purchased the table. I was disheartened and angry when we originally could not come to a solution. Today, I was reached out by the stores manager who graciously handled the situation and went above and beyond to make it right. He took care of everything and made it stress free for myself and I was very pleased of the outcome. The way the manager handled the situation makes me happy to return to the store in the future as it's location is convenient for me and I'm constantly looking for new furniture. My family took deliver of a sectional couch sold by Home Zone Furniture on Sep 9th, 2024. Three…read moremonths later, a portion of a seam came apart. It has now been TEN WEEKS since we filed a warranty claim. We still do not have a replacement part! My last communication with Home Zone Furniture customer service was 2 weeks ago when I asked about the status of our replacement part. I was told by the rep he would check, and get back to me. I haven't heard anything now in 2 weeks. The section is made by Dallas Sofa Company and made locally in DFW. The warranty on the section sold to us by Home Zone Furniture is WORTHLESS if I can't get a replacement part! There is ZERO REASON a replacement part for a couch made in DFW should take 10 weeks (and counting). I am incredibly disappointed in Home Zone Furniture's quality and warranty service!
